Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Carmel Mulligan (54) who was reported missing from Borris In Ossory, Co. Laois since Friday 26th June 2026.
Carmel is described as being approximately 5 foot 5 inches in height, with long black hair, and blue eyes.
Carmel was last wearing a black fleece with a light blue stripe on the sleeves and black jeans on the evening of Friday 26th June 2026.
Carmel has access to a Grey Suzuki Swift with a 07-D registration.
Gardaí and Carmel’s family are concerned for her safety.
